Juanita Russell joined PlayVS as Chief Financial Officer in January 2026, with responsibility for accounting, financial operations, treasury management, financial planning, and investor relations. She brings over 25 years of financial and operational experience, with a track record of building strong financial foundations that support growth, scale, and long-term value creation.

Prior to PlayVS, Juanita served as Chief Financial Officer of Common Securitization Solutions, a joint venture between Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, where she led finance, accounting, and strategy for a highly regulated organization that plays a critical role in the U.S. housing finance system.

Previously, Juanita served as CFO of MERSCORP Holdings, where she established and scaled the finance organization, implementing core financial infrastructure, controls, and reporting. She led the company’s financial strategy through a period of significant structural and financial change, culminating in its successful acquisition by Intercontinental Exchange, the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange.

Juanita is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
