Joshua Cobb joined PlayVS in June 2022. He is the Senior Director of the Scholastics department. In this role, he oversees partnerships with scholastic organizations, manages the implementation of esports after-school programs and curriculum in school districts, and directs PlayVS’s collaboration with state associations and other esports organizations across North America.

Prior to joining PlayVS, Joshua spent 12 years in the education technology sector, working with companies such as Newsela and Pearson Education. His focus was on ensuring the successful adoption of curriculum and technology in classrooms to engage students and impact learning outcomes.

Joshua graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in East Texas and resides in Central Texas.
