Meredith Kaplan joined PlayVS in 2020 and currently serves as Senior Director of Talent & People, where she focuses on driving strategic HR initiatives that support organizational growth and operational excellence.

During her tenure at PlayVS, Meredith has been instrumental in scaling the company’s people operations and driving measurable improvements in employee engagement and retention. Her strategic initiatives have contributed to record-breaking performance across key business functions while implementing comprehensive workforce analytics, performance management systems, and equitable compensation frameworks.

Prior to PlayVS, Meredith built extensive talent acquisition expertise at high-growth technology companies including Airbnb and Meta.

Meredith holds her SPHR certification and graduated from Sarah Lawrence College.
